Daniele and Rosangela have owned and operated their bakery and bistro since 2008. Previously known as Delizie Bakery & Bistro, Capri Italian Bakery & Bistro is a European-inspired, bright, and trendy space meant to transport you to the beautiful land of Italy without ever leaving Maple Ridge.

Their passion for food and tradition is evident in the quality of the groceries, menu, and the delicious desserts and cakes. From Neapolitan staple dishes such as pizza, eggplant parmigiana, or decadent limoncello cake, there is something on the menu for everyone.  Everything served is crafted on-site by hand, using the freshest local, organic, and imported ingredients. From Charcuterie boards to pastries and cakes, bread and frozen foods, everything is made with the utmost care and always served with a smile.
